The conclusions in the NFL after the "Monday Night Football" of Week 9

What were the biggest lessons the league's teams learned in the ninth weekend of the regular season?

It's Week 9 of the 2022 NFL regular season, which means we're at the midpoint of the season. To start the week, the Philadelphia Eagles remained undefeated with their 29-17 victory over the Houston Texans on Thursday night. Of eight games in the noon window on Sunday, six were settled in the fourth quarter. The Detroit Lions held onto a one-touchdown lead to hand the Green Bay Packers their fifth straight loss, the Minnesota Vikings rallied from a 10-point deficit to beat the Washington Commanders and the Los Angeles Chargers also clinched a win over the Atlanta Falcons with a last-minute field goal. The New York Jets' defense held their heads high in a crucial matchup in the AFC East against Buffalo, handing the Bills their second loss of the season. Tua Tagovailoa guided the Miami Dolphins to a tight victory over Justin Fields and the Chicago Bears, while the Jacksonville Jaguars rallied from a 17-point deficit to beat the Las Vegas Raiders.

The New England Patriots and Cincinnati Bengals convincingly beat the Indianapolis Colts and Carolina Panthers, respectively.

The afternoon shootout saw Tom Brady surpass the 100,000 total career passing yards mark (including playoffs) and guide the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a last-second victory over the Los Angeles Rams in a battle of two uneven teams that they were protagonists of the NFC a year ago. The Seattle Seahawks stayed on fire, winning their fourth straight game at the expense of the Arizona Cardinals.

In Sunday night's game, the Kansas City Chiefs rallied from a fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Tennessee Titans, 20-17, in overtime.

The Baltimore Ravens won their third straight game after overwhelming the New Orleans Saints on "Monday Night Football."

The Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, New York Jets, Pittsburgh Steelers, and San Francisco 49ers rest and will return to action in Week 10.
