Pathé Ciss will be the only representative of Rayo in Qatar

Abdul Mumin, who was on the shortlist of 55 from Ghana, has been left out of the final list this Monday

The Dakar midfielder has crept into Aliou Cissé's final list of 26, having never worn his country's shirt until last September. In that first citation, Ciss made his debut playing the first 63 minutes of a friendly against Bolivia. The clash, which took place on September 24, would end with a 0-2 win for the Senegalese. However, the Rayista footballer would run out of minutes in the duel against Iran played four days later.

The one who will not be able to meet the challenge of being in Qatar will be the Ghanaian Abdul Mumin. The man from Accra was one step away, after being ruled out this Monday by coach Otto Addo, who had included him in the shortlist of 55. The German-born coach has opted for Daniel Amartey, Joseph Aidoo, Alexander Djiku, Mohammed Salisu, and Alidu Seidu to occupy the center of the rear.
